I have tried all the diets over the years and this one satifies my hunger and cravings!! WOW!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #783f04; font-size: large;"&gt;Weigh in this morning showed a 5 pound weight loss for Peter (my husband or as one comedian puts it - left brain) and a 4 pound weight loss for me - YAY!!&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #783f04; font-size: large;"&gt;Now you might ask - what do you get to eat?&amp;nbsp;Look what I ate for one of my days this past week.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #783f04; font-size: large;"&gt;Breakfast - the most important meal of the day - 2 scoops VI Shake powder mixed with one cup of skim milk, 1/4 cup blueberries and 1 frozen banana. For the first 50 years I have had a loving husband, raised a great family, gained and lost weight and basically taken care of everyones needs - it's my time now! Even though I am looking after my 91 year old father and my 82 year old mother in law - both of which have many health problems - it's time for me to make the changes&amp;nbsp;necessary for me to survive the next however many years God may give me.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #783f04; font-family: Georgia, &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;, serif; font-size: large;"&gt;My first steps last year were feable but I did manage to start exercising and lose some weight - then busy-ness and family and my own lack of motivation caused me to&amp;nbsp;slow down and eventually stop. Shortly after that I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="color: #783f04; font-family: Georgia, &amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;, serif; font-size: large;"&gt;A week ago I decided to try something new - I have joined the BMW Team with Visalus Sciences and started&amp;nbsp;on the 90 -&amp;nbsp;Day Challenge! So far so good! My husband Peter and I are both participating. Our first weigh in is tomorrow morning. I'm excited but apprehensive. Weight loss is always a struggle for me. &amp;nbsp;The second part of this challenge is that I have decided to be a promoter of this product. I've got to say that it tastes SO good!!
