Hello everyone or anyone - I have never done this before so I'm not even sure how this works so please be patient with me.
Recently I decided that it was time to change a lot of things about me so this is the beginning of Debbie Part Two. For the first 50 years I have had a loving husband, raised a great family, gained and lost weight and basically taken care of everyones needs - it's my time now! Even though I am looking after my 91 year old father and my 82 year old mother in law - both of which have many health problems - it's time for me to make the changes necessary for me to survive the next however many years God may give me.
My first steps last year were feable but I did manage to start exercising and lose some weight - then busy-ness and family and my own lack of motivation caused me to slow down and eventually stop. Shortly after that I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia.
A week ago I decided to try something new - I have joined the BMW Team with Visalus Sciences and started on the 90 - Day Challenge! So far so good! My husband Peter and I are both participating. Our first weigh in is tomorrow morning. I'm excited but apprehensive. Weight loss is always a struggle for me. The second part of this challenge is that I have decided to be a promoter of this product. I've got to say that it tastes SO good!! Now I am building a team to work with me.
