TODAY was the completion of week one!!
Let me say that it was a fairly easy week and I didn't feel deprived at all. I have tried all the diets over the years and this one satifies my hunger and cravings!! WOW!!
Weigh in this morning showed a 5 pound weight loss for Peter (my husband or as one comedian puts it - left brain) and a 4 pound weight loss for me - YAY!!
Now you might ask - what do you get to eat? Look what I ate for one of my days this past week.
Breakfast - the most important meal of the day - 2 scoops VI Shake powder mixed with one cup of skim milk, 1/4 cup blueberries and 1 frozen banana. One cup of coffee with skim milk.
Snack - 60 calorie slice of cheese and a small apple
Lunch - 2 scoops VI shake powder mixed withcup 1/2 frozen fruit (blackberries, dark cherries and blueberries) one cup of skim milk.
Snack - raw veggies like carrots, broccoli, mushrooms etc with 1 Tblsp of low fat dressing OR fat free yogurt
Dinner - 3 slices of lean pork roast, 1 cup stir fried onions, mushrooms and peppers, 1 cup steamed cauliflower - YUMMY!
Snack - I don't always eat in the evening but if I need something I will usually have a fatfree yogurt and tea with skim milk.
